Dr. Siddharth Aggarwal is specialist arthroscopy and sports medicine at the OrthoGolden clinic. After doing his graduation from Government Medical College and Hospital, Chandigarh in the year 2005, he joined the Masters program at the same institute. He successfully completed his research on "Comparison of Proprioception after Anterior Cruciate Ligament reconstruction by conventional semitendinosus-gracilis free autograft and semitendinosus-gracilis autograft with intact insertion” under the guidance of Prof Ravi Gupta, a pioneer in arthroscopy procedures. This study is still a landmark in understanding of techniques of arthroscopy and is used by many as a reference for their practice. Dr Siddharth did his MCh in Orthopedics from AIM University of Seychelles in the year 2013.

Dr Siddharth did his fellowship in "Orthopaedics & Traumatology” at Katharinen Hospital, Stuttgart, Germany under the guidance of Prof.Knop in the year 2012. A milestone in his academic career was when he attended a workshop on knee and shoulder arthroscopy in Hong-kong. This laid the foundation of his particular interest in shoulder arthroscopy. He thereafter attended and presided over many shoulder and knee arthroscopy workshops. Dr Siddharth also has to his credit many publications on arthroscopy, which have been internationally acclaimed.

Dr Siddharth is accredited with doing a large number of arthroscopy assisted procedures. He routinely performs arthroscopic ACL/PCL reconstruction and meniscectomy / meniscal repair.

Following his passion for excellence in shoulder arthroscopy, he performs many arthroscopic shoulder surgeries including Bankart’s repair, rotator cuff repair/debridement, frozen shoulder capsular release and sub-acromial decompression
